FAQs

How do we book?

Please complete the contact form or give me a call with the date of your big day and an outline of the services you are looking for. I usually respond to you with my availability within 24 hours. 

 

Can we meet you before the day?

Yes, of course! Lots of couples are happy to book after talking on the phone, or via FaceTime and corresponding via email. Others would like to meet in person which I am more than happy to do at your convenience.

 

Terms and conditions? 

Upon booking I will supply you with a contract that clearly states all the services I will be providing to you on the day along with an accurate cost breakdown and detailed terms and conditions. This ensures that there are no additional financial surprises and you have a clear delivery timeline of your photographic memories. 

 

Are you insured?

Yes, I have full public liability insurance which I am more than happy to supply copies of to venues and yourself on request.

 

How much is the deposit to secure the date?

I charge £200 deposit which upon receipt of payment secures the date. I will also confirm to you via email.

 

When is the final balance due?

The final balance for my services will be invoiced 6 weeks before the wedding.

 

Are there any extra charges?

Absolutely not. You pay a set price for the photography and the photo's are all digitally supplied to you, copyright-free. The only extra charges are when and if you wish to purchase an album within a package at the time of booking, or after the big day.

 

Do you travel abroad?

Yes, I do. As long as my flights are covered and hotel fee, the only price you pay is the one day package.

 

When will we get our pictures?

The complete collection of fully edited images will be uploaded to a password protected gallery, which you and your guests can access through my client area on my website. This will be within 4 weeks of the wedding. You then receive the USB with all the hi-res images within 30 days, which will be posted to your home address.

 

What happens if you fall ill?

One of the major advantages of choosing an experienced photographer is that I have covered hundreds of weddings over the years. And have built up a network of  like-minded photographers with the same ethos as myself. So in the unlikely event of illness I have the resources to find a replacement giving you the peace of mind in the unlikely event that this happens.
